More than 48 hours before arrival: full refund, or rebook to alternative dates free of charge.
Within 48 hours of arrival: first night charged. Remaining nights may be transferred to a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.
No-show: full booking value charged to the credit card on file.
Bookings made via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia and similar) are subject to the cancellation terms set at the time of booking on those platforms. Direct bookings receive our most flexible terms, and the lowest available rate.
